PARC Engineering was engaged by Monadelphous to support the refurbishment of BHP’s Car Dumper 1 at Nelson Point, located in Western Australia’s Pilbara. PARC Engineering supplied Monadelphous with an experienced project team including superintendents, supervisors, and skilled and semi-skilled labour to oversee the replacement of the trunnions, internal wear liners, dust cover, and drive motor replacement.
Results
The combined team successfully delivered the project across a 660-hour shutdown which involved over 100,000 man hours, all LTI free.
