Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter is the Executive General Manager of PARC Engineering. He brings more than 20 years of experience working in leadership positions across the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors. In his current role, Andrew is accountable for the performance of the PARC Engineering business which includes monitoring and evaluating business performance against its strategic objectives and overall corporate strategy.

Prior to PARC Engineering, Andrew held numerous senior leadership roles to deliver the construction and commissioning of some of Australia’s iconic commercial infrastructure projects.

A committed construction professional with an unwavering attitude towards health and safety, Andrew’s expertise also covers the delivery of design, construction, and commissioning projects to key Infrastructure works and brownfield integration projects.

Throughout his career, he has represented industry-leading companies such as Laing O'Rourke, Downer Edi, Bechtel Corporation, and Western Power.
